Refund Policy - the basics

I do allow returns and exchanges, as long as the conditions below are met:

- Buyer must ship the item within 30 days of delivery and provide a tracking number for the shipment. 

- Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

- Buyer is responsible for loss in value (as agreed upon with seller) if an item isn’t returned in original condition. 

- Custom made pieces cannot be cancelled 24 hours after purchase and cannot be returned unless there is an issue with the product that I caused.
