By purchasing, customers agree to our terms.​ Because our items are handmade, slight variations in size, color, and texture may occur, which are not defects. We accept several methods of payment including: all major credit/debit card brands, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. Prices are subject to change. We are not responsible for damage during shipping. We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused. Please see "Refund Policy" page for more information. Custom made pieces cannot be cancelled 24 hours after purchase and cannot be returned unless there is an issue with the product that I caused. ​​​​​​​​All designs, photos, and branding are the property of Gilded Cottage Jewelry and cannot be reproduced. Gilded Cottage Jewelry is not liable for damages, losses, or adverse effects arising from the use of the jewelry.
